Custom orders are final sale and will not be refunded.  If you would like to adjust your custom order, it may be exchanged for store credit up to 14 days after receipt. 

For international orders, please note, duties and taxes are estimated at check out and are to be paid by the customer upon delivery of the goods. In the event of an international return, Spinelli Kilcollin is not able to refund shipping charges, duties or taxes. 

Each piece we create is unique and no two setting patterns are ever identical. When using two stone colors in the one band, the ratio will be a 50/50 mix, plus/minus 5%. When using three colors, such as our CCW mix, the ratio is measured equally each time, plus/minus 5% to allow for the randomized pattern in our setting work.

Making changes to a size or style more than two weeks after receipt will be subject to additional charges.
